1. Use of Service

By accessing and using the Century Club website and booking services, you agree to these Terms of Service. Century Club provides luxury short-term accommodation in Century City, Cape Town, South Africa. Our services are intended for guests aged 18 and over.

You agree not to use this website for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, or impair our services. Unauthorized use of this site may give rise to a claim for damages or constitute a criminal offence.

2. Booking Policy

All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by Century Club. A booking is considered confirmed only upon receipt of written confirmation from us. Quoted rates are in South African Rand (ZAR) and are inclusive of all applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

We reserve the right to decline any booking at our discretion. Rates are subject to change without notice until a booking is confirmed in writing.

3. Cancellation Policy

Cancellation terms vary by booking type and are specified at the time of reservation. Generally:

• Cancellations made 14 or more days prior to check-in: full refund less any processing fees.
• Cancellations made 7-13 days prior to check-in: 50% of the total booking value is retained.
• Cancellations made within 7 days of check-in: no refund.
• No-shows are charged in full.

All cancellations must be submitted in writing to info@centuryclub.co.za.

4. Liability

Century Club shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our accommodation or services. We are not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings during your stay.

Guests are responsible for any damage caused to the property during their stay. Century Club reserves the right to charge guests for any damages beyond normal wear and tear.

5. Privacy

Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Please review it carefully.

6. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the South African courts.
